felting: learn how to make a felted sweater bag

12:00 noon on Thursday October 28th, learn how to make a felted sweater bag - in three easy steps:

1. Cut
2. Sew
3. Wash

We'll perfect the first step together, and then you can do steps 2 and 3 in the comfort of your own home.

Bring along a sharp pair of scissors and an old wool sweater (at least 85% wool), or pick out one of Beth's to call your own.

Large, brightly coloured sweaters are preferred, but even if you are working with a solid colour, you can add weavings or embellishment to pretty it up.

Take a look at some felted products, and maybe be inspired.
